Spencer Auto Repair

Had a 7am appointment At 3:00 i new more about my vehicle because they did a full inspection I just wanted my AC fixed and I authorize the repair first thing in the morning at 4:30. They were evacuating the system and a little bit before five they called me after I already left and told me they were done. I just wish they would’ve focused on the tasks. I asked them to solve for me. It wouldn’t have cost me an extra day and a lot more time. I believe if you make an appointment, you should receive the attention you need to get through that appointment The AC is working good And I refused the up sell inspection items

I have taken my car to Spencer autos a few times now and as a female I feel taken care of and feel like I finally have a shop they I can trust. They’ve never taken advantage of me or pressured me to do repairs I could not afford at the time. They esp took care of me after I hired a mobile mechanic who left my car inoperable. I can’t thank them enough and going fwd will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you for being true gentleman 🙏

These guys fit me in fast and really took care of my vehicle. Had it done and tested quickly and completely made my day and relieved me of the burden of trying to continue troubleshooting my vehicle. People you can trust and I'll be back for oil changes and more just because of the way I was treated.

My mom and I were visiting the area for an important dental appointment when we unexpectedly ran into some car trouble. As we were trying to figure out what to do, our dentist kindly recommended a nearby auto shop that he often trusts. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, we were grateful for the suggestion. When we arrived at the auto shop, The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a readiness to assist. After explaining our issue, which involved some concerning noises coming from the front of our car they immediately began to assess the problem. Its evident that they genuinely care about their customers. Based on our positive experience, I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone in…

I had an excellent experience with Spencer Auto Repair! When my truck’s water pump started leaking, I reached out to them, and from the start, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Caleb and Will were especially helpful, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I got a fair price for the repair. What really stood out was their efficiency—despite my tight schedule, they got the job done quickly and correctly. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both honest and reliable, but Spencer Auto Repair checks all the boxes. I’ll definitely be back for any future repairs! Huge thanks to Caleb, Will, and the team! Highly recommend!
